Obituary of Joseph J. Pente

Joseph Julius Pente. Age 86 of Wyandotte.
Joseph passed away peacefully November 16, 2024 at his home after a brief illness and under the care of hospice. He was born in Detroit to Joseph Pente Sr. and Velma Vargo. He graduated from Mt. Carmel High School in 1957 and joined the Marine Corps where he served his country for 3 years.
He retired from the City of Wyandotte in February 2000. He enjoyed coaching, golfing, music, meeting up with his lifelong military friends and spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara. His memories are cherished by his children Steve (Marge), Julie, Linda and Michael (Angela); his grandchildren; the late Karol, Jacob, Rachel, Jason, Ryan, Sarah, Matthew and Justin. Also survived by his sister Diane Miexner.
