Obituary of Marcus Ray Morris
April 28, 1931 – October 23, 2024
Marcus Ray Morris. Age 93 of Lincoln Park.
Beloved husband of the late Argie Nell Morris. Loving father of Gregory (Mary) Morris. Dearest grandfather of Christopher Morris and Maryssa Morris. Also survived by sisters Sue and Sandra.
~Family Tribute~
Marcus was born in Keokee, Virginia. He was the fourth child of nine brothers and sisters. Upon graduating from high school, he came to the Detroit area in 1950 He spent his entire working career of 31 years with General Motors, working at the Clark Street Cadillac assembly plant in Detroit. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers.
Memorial contributions are appreciated to the American Cancer Society.
